I dreaded going to the doctor before I found Dr. Le. I've been dealing with Crohn's for a decade now and wish I had found him sooner. Every GI doctor (and every doctor in general) I've been to has always made me feel as though all they care about is billing my insurance and getting a check. Dr. Le is the polar opposite, it's a very friendly feeling going in to see him and I never feel pressured to not ask questions about misunderstandings I have regarding my disease. Very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest treatment options and willing to fight the disease down to the last inflammatory marker! He doesn't recommend or push unnecessary tests or procedures and tells me the pros and cons before letting me make a decision.

The staff is top notch as well, I don't know how he found such good nurses, assistants, etc to fill the office. They are quick to answer any post visit questions and are hard on the insurance company so I rarely stress about anything regarding billing or Rx. He offered to refer me to someone closer to me after I moved, but declined as I'm willing to drive an hour to see Dr Le.

Dr. Kalra is a good doctor. He not only listens but he hears and acknowledges what you say. I am complicated with many varied issues in many systems. Truthfully, my experience is some doctors can't deal with that. But he is always respectful & thoughtful & thorough. Takes as much as needed and I have never felt rushed. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
