I do love well presented fruit and veg so yes, I loved this shop. I was exploring Pavilion Road to write an article for my blog so I took the opportunity to have a look inside. The staff were friendly, the veg and fruit looked amazing. I took a few pictures so am posting them for your interest.

Great selection of seasonal fruit and veggies! Wonderful ladies in store, it was lovely meeting Anna and Puyi, they were extremely friendly with an exceptional knowledge on all products! If anyone goes into Natoora in Sloane Square, definitely ask for those two girls!!

When I discovered this place I finally got back the pleasure of home cooking! The products you find here, and their quality!, are rarely available on the UK food market... I came from Italy and eating these things makes me feel so happy! I can taste again the flavours and the quality I used to have back there!
Particularly, getting in this shop is like an experience of health and peace... it all looks like a temple... just the sight of all these products makes you feel better... because you see that everything is taken care! You get a break from the daily life stress!
The service is at the same level of the products they sell. In partcular, I love to be served by Bekim, he's so calm, relaxed and passionate about what he does. He explained me so many things about the products, which is SO IMPORTANT for a customer! One of the best customer services I ever received.
Pricewise... yes, it could look very expensive... but honestly... I pay with pleasure! THE FLAVOUR you can smell just cooking those mushrooms... pays off everything. If something is very good... why do not pay for what it is?!

Back to the five stars experience I used to have 🙂 Ana is a fantastic manager, has built a great team who is knowledgeable, friendly and keen to assist you. It is a real pleasure to go shopping here. The products are really amazing, and you won’t find the same variety and quality anywhere else!
