Omg the product is 10/10! Shop have really well- tasted most item is unique and I’m personally like matching (cool two pieces, suit etc) and there’s item is party-casual both wearable (means very well-balanced to both wearable. It’s little premium price but it worth what it is.

I recently attended the YAA YAA LDN event at Wolf & Badger, located at 102 Berwick St, London, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant miscommunication and organizational issues.

Upon arrival at around 12:30, my friend and I were greeted warmly by a staff member who kindly directed us to the facilities and seated us down, making us feel welcomed initially. However, this positive start quickly turned into confusion. A staff member later informed us that there had been a miscommunication, and we were not allowed to stay downstairs where we had been seated. This abrupt change caught us off guard, and though we moved upstairs as instructed, it felt like a lack of understanding of what was supposedly a well-coordinated event.

The situation escalated when we were told we couldn’t simply wait in the store, which was frustrating, given the nature of our attendance. We suggested implementing a queueing system to allow for a more structured approach, but the staff adamantly refused, claiming that they were not responsible for the event despite being in their own store. This lack of ownership was baffling.

Then, instead of enjoying the wait, we were told to leave the shop and grab something to eat, which we declined, preferring to wait until the event began at 2 PM. What followed was an increasingly chaotic atmosphere as we stood outside trying to keep track of who arrived when. The staff's constant reminders that we were blocking the store felt unwarranted since there was no clear queueing policy, and we weren't obstructing anyone.

Once the event was set to start, the queue became disorganized as people arrived at various times, all claiming they were the first in line. The staff provided little to no assistance in resolving this confusion. As a result, a lot of frustration bubbled over, and it was disappointing to witness the lack of effective management during what should have been a highlight of our day.

Overall, the lack of clear communication, organization, and responsiveness from the staff diminished what should have been an exciting event. It felt more like an uncoordinated gathering than a proper event, leaving attendees feeling neglected and frustrated. I sincerely hope that if Wolf & Badger hosts future events, they take the time to establish a more coherent system for managing their guests.

These were a birthday oreseant to myself £110 and the boot as you can is both materials heel and boot material and not held correctly and there is a gap.. not the best of quality ?

Over two weeks ago I ordered a dress. It took a week for them to tell me that the seller of the dress was out of stock in the size I had ordered. They suggested I took the size bellow. I asked for the dress measurements. A week later they sent me the measurements. The suggested size would have been too small. I have asked for a refund. Three days on and I am yet to recieve any more communication. The dress was over £300. Terrible customer service.

Do not recommend this company! The design of the coat I purchased was faulty and the company would not provide a refund and I've disputed this further. Please don't be deceived by the photos of the products seen online as there is a disparity between the quality of design and what is shown on the website.
