This is the best place on Earth. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with Nathalias smile and welcome! She’s such an encyclopedia of fragrance knowledge. She gives you a tailored experience and opinion to ensure the best purchase. She also allows the customer time/space to review their options while being a guide if you’re ever unsure. I truly cannot recommend it enough. I love spending my time here and will continue to shop here EVERY TIME. If you like smelling good and feeling good, this is the place.

Had SUCH high hopes for this place. My wife and I are collectors with over 300 bottles in our collection. So when we planned our trip from Dallas to Orlando, you can imagine our excitement to see a niche perfume store with so many offerings. So excited, in fact, that we committed to visiting only 2 hours after our flight landed. While the selection was fantastic and there are great offerings available, from both niche and indie houses alike, the girl working there was rude, uninformative and unhelpful. On three separate instances she walked away from me in the middle of a sentence or a question. She even rolled her eyes at me when I, in my excitement, jokingly told her I wanted to smell everything. More disappointing still, a sign sits at the front of the store promising concierge style service. It is because of this broken promise that I levy a 1-star. The fragrances, however, deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, though, I will never shop here again.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I am a perfume collector, as in I have an entire wall in my powder room dedicated to my beloved bottles. Smelling good is like my personal brand. I enjoy niche perfumery and have several expensive bottles that if I told the average person how much they cost they wouldn’t understand. That being said I was very excited to visit the store in the hopes of discovering something new and exciting. I came to the store on a random weekday after dropping my child off at daycare and before going to the gym, so I wasn’t dressed the way I usually do when going to these kinds of places. I am a young black woman, a kept woman who doesn’t have to work. Unfortunately when going to certain establishments I have to go out of my way to dress a certain way to be treated with respect. When I walked into the store I was initially ignored, the sales woman was aloof, annoyed even to assist me. I touched nothing and asked to smell around 4 very specific perfumes that I had done research on before hand, and it was as if she sprayed each one very reluctantly. The whole interaction was rushed and she was cold and abrasive. It wasn’t until i started discussing the notes of the perfumes, the nose behind them, and compared them to other very expensive ones that I have that she realized that I was knowledgeable and began to warm up a little. I had every intention to go in there and treat myself, I likely would have spent upwards of $1,000 easily but I hated the fact that I had to “qualify” myself in order to offer this business my money. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth so I begrudgingly left with nothing. It’s a shame, I could’ve been a great repeat customer. I love the concept of the business and I genuinely hope that it thrives to build a bigger community of perfume enthusiasts like myself but I doubt that I will return. I am the kind of person who will blind buy $300+ bottles of perfume because samples are never enough and I hate having to endure these kind of interactions more than I hate wasting money on scents that aren’t “loves”. Hopefully you have better luck, happy sniffing!

Absolutely loved my order from them and at such a great price too! They were extremely responsive when I had a question about my order. The amount of samples included in my online order is staggering! My shipping took a bit longer due to the holiday season, but it’s completely understandable from a small business so I didn’t mind at all. Lovely experience and I can’t wait to buy more!

Beautiful place love love loved it, however, the sales woman made me so uncomfortable! I wasn’t allowed to touch anything! Anything, I did try to smell she immediately went and put it how she wanted it and said she would show me not me show myself. I found that very odd as to how, or why would I buy? I need to smell, test, I need to be 100% that’s what I want. Otherwise, I’m not going to buy anything at all. I didn’t have the time or opportunity to really get to know any of the fragrances I was interested in because I felt rushed. She made it seem like she’s the owner, and how she moved some of the perfumes to her other location because her clientes here are bored of the ones they had. But reading online I find out she’s not the owner. I will go back and hopefully buy and have a different result. There’s events that go on here, how can you control everyone in there to not touch or smell? I understand they are expensive people are clumsy. Maybe you don’t want all the products wasted on spraying, but it truly defeats the purpose.

This is one of my favorite fragrance stores to go to. They have such an amazing array of fragrances paired with a unique experience that are both visually and olfactory appealing and pleasant. I looked up perfumeries when coming to Florida for vacation and found La Jetée. It’s a beautiful shop owned and operated by one of the coolest guys. I guarantee that you’ll never have a fragrance experience like you will in this store. Joseph leads people through the fragrances that he has curated in his shop, tailoring the experience to the individuals personal tastes and desires. There are so many fragrances that it would be easy to get overwhelmed with the volume of choices. Joseph will help narrow that down for you. This is not a place to come and “shop”, it’s a place to have an experience. Joseph is a stellar guy and extremely knowledgeable about all things fragrance related. My wife and I both purchased a fragrance from him and we all be back as soon as possible. I highly recommend you stopping by!
