I don't understand where this miscommunication occurred. My SO and I rolled in the drive through, and I started placing my order. "Can I get the #3, just the burger"
The server responds "do you want that all the way?"
I say yes. She then asks if I want a combo or just the burger. So I repeat again "just the burger".
She then responds with my order and the total. I wasn't done ordering, however.
I add "One more thing, I'd like a lettuce wrap burger with bacon and no sauce."
She repeats the order back and I got confused at what she said. I look at my SO and say "I don't think she got the order right" as we drive to the window.

Sure enough, we received 1 item: a #2 with lettuce wrap, bacon, cheese, and no sauce. What happened to the #3 all the way? We come back around, explain what the order was, clarify it was 2 items. We get a bag back with the same item minus 1 patty. The server is visibly angry at us and smirking that we're placing the order incorrectly.

My SO, who used to work fast food, gets out of the car, and the server comes outside with the POS in hand. I watch for 5 minutes as she repeats over and over what the order was. The server continuously made remarks about how I wasn't placing the order correctly. Eventually, my SO starts inputting the order onto the POS herself.

We receive our order, a #3 all the way, and a lettuce wrap burger with no sauce + bacon.

It took this much nerves & effort just to get 2 simple items.

Great burgers and fresh cut fries! Top notch food for a reasonable price. The drive thru is usually quick; or dining in is very nice. I would go out of way to eat there.

I recently visited P. Terry's Burger Stand and had a fantastic experience. The relaxed atmosphere made it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a meal. Their all-natural beef burgers were juicy and full of flavor, perfectly complemented by the crispy shoestring fries. I also tried one of their milkshakes, which was rich and creamy. The breakfast options looked tempting, so I'll definitely be back to try those next time. Overall, P. Terry's offers great food and a laid-back vibe. Highly recommended!

It's a fast food place so not gonna be high on the atmosphere or service just by default. But I really like the simple smash cheese burger with hand cut fries. Quality is always great, shakes are delicious, and they offer tea and lemonade Arnold Palmer. I don't eat large portions, so it's really quite good for me.

That was the first time I've ever finished A fry in years. All I have to say is come to Tyler, Texas. We need that really bad. You would blow competition out of the water here with what y'all serve. For basic places like Whataburger and dairy Queen around here, that's nothing compared to what y'all make. Even though I know it's very similar. It's a lot cheaper but a lot better in general and this store specifically is a 10 out of 10 store because they made my fries fresh and my Burger fresh. So if I ever come by I'll definitely stop by again. Hopefully it stays like that. Thank you!.

This location started out well but it's really gone downhill. Often I ask for a side of sauce and it's almost never in the bag, though I am charged for it. All I wanted today, after a rough day, was a cookie butter milkshake, and when we went there the shake machine was down, SO disappointing!!

I'm glad this location finally opened in Round Rock and super cool design!

It was fun watching it be built and now the drive-thru experience like going through a forest... A red forest. They could even be flowers but whatever the giant red things are they are super cool!

Perfectly located right off the interstate with fast and courteous service. I usually get through the drive through line in about 10 minutes. The double cheeseburger is all you need to fill up and hit the spot!

Amazing and friendly customer service!! ? This is my families favorite burger place! Sometimes, we need a quick lunch or dinner because we are always on the go! Their burgers are always fresh and made to order!! Don't forget one of their milkshakes! You won't be disappointed! A big 'thank you' to our neighborhood P. Terry's #26!!! Y'all ROCK!!! ?
