After a full week of online and in store shopping, I purchased a homecoming court outfit for my daughter from Saks. She was able to try on outfit but only the skirt fit properly. I purchased the skirt in store and had to order the cardigan online through the store clerk but received an email days later that the purchase was canceled due to low stock.
Pressed for time, I went in on Friday to do a return on said outfit. Stressed and overwhelmed at the thought of starting over.
Thankful I met the right clerk to handle my situation. He convinced me to allow him to work his magic. I wanna praise Christopher McDougall for going above and beyond. He sent me confirmation of my daughter’s tracking number this morning. I love the personal attention he gave not only to me but every customer I seen him interact with.
I will definitely be back to see him for any of our future special occasion needs.

I liked this Mall. It's not my price range and the food was awful, but I enjoyed the cleanest water in Tiffany and Co. It was worth going to and seeing clothing and purses I don't want to buy on my last day in New Orleans. Also food was not very good on the third floor. Lack of food options in Saks was surprising. You can do better. That side of Canal has no good food options in my opinion. I am picky with my food. Lol.

I went to purchase a bag and was racially profiled, it ruined my whole shopping experience there. Robert the store associate made me feel like I could not afford a more expensive bag in the store and further directed me to the cheapest and smallest bags they had. When I picked up the bag I wanted which was an expensive bag he kept the bag while I continued to shop it was ridiculous I still tried to enjoy myself and purchased the bag since it was a bday gift to myself but never will I go to this store again. I reached out to the manager and filed a complaint and he had the nerve to offer me a 15 percent off discount ? which I declined.

My father came here to browse at some clothes for his birthday. We noticed security passed us twice. As we got on the escalator, we saw security point to us and then shake their head. It was obvious that we were being followed. We told the downstairs manager on duty about the treatment and only got a “sorry.” There was no care and every associate was staring in our direction to hear the story. Y’all have no professionalism nor decency. If yall have to walk every customer throughout the store, don’t have one. Point blank period. A special shoutout to the one young man working the cologne counter on the first floor. He was very nice, empathetic, and helpful.

Do not order from their website. items are poorly packaged and arrive damaged. My order arrived in a box labeled from Macys damaged. they refuse exchange or return the item. If you are looking to buy stay away and just buy from the designer directly.

Incredible staff, incredible service!! I’ve been shopping here for years and I’ve always received great service. I called because I was coming in town and wanted to surprise my wife with shoes and a bag. Torea picked up the phone, and gave first class treatment. She picked out the right size, and organized the surprise for my wife. When we arrived, she had it gift wrapped and had champagne waiting! She and the staff were amazing, and we will continue to shop at Saks New Orleans!

2 different security guards passed me, then they stood together and looked at me like I was doing something wrong. That happened after I came out of Sak’s and whilst going in. The woman named Treiana was giving me dirty looks the whole time she was ringing me out. The total was around $110 and it was like she was judging me for it. Do not go here unless you want to be profiled!!!
