My family and I visited our local Perfumania in the Riverwalk New Orleans and was assisted by the Manager, Danielle. Her service was amazing and it was time for her to get off, but instead of leaving the store in the busy state that it was, she stayed to assist myself, my brother, my mother, and my two daughters. She got to know us and the types of scents we preferred. We all tested probably over 20 scents each until she was able to find the perfect fit for everyone in my family! We all left with two bottles of perfume/cologne and was very pleased!! The Manager Danielle S. is a gem and so lovely!!!! Thank you for everything!! (And I’ve been getting compliments on both of my perfumes all around town and I’ve been sure to send them to Perfumania!)

Danielle was SO helpful. I know nothing about perfume and all the perfumes my gf recommended to me we're not there or they were sold out but she hung in with me and stayed with me until I found 2 different perfumes that I liked, and one of them was 50% off. She's so sweet and knowledgeable

Ketika saya masuk pertama kali, pegawai berkulit hitam dengan rambut pendek keriting itu menatap saya dari bawah sampai atas. Tidak ada sapaan ataupun senyum sama sekali. Dia sangat tidak ramah dan tidak sopan baik dalam memperlakukan saya dan tunangan saya. Tentu saja saya tidak akan repot-repot menghabiskan uang saya sepeserpun untuk membeli sesuatu dari tokonya dan tidak akan pernah kembali lagi. Cara dia memperlakukan calon customer yang benar-benar memiliki niat untuk membeli hanya akan membuat tokonya sepi dari customer

I always like to stop through here. Let's see what deals I can get. A young lady working there by the name of Brenda was very helpful. The other young lady who named Mike why didn't get yet was very polite as well As for the young men who work there that day seem to not really one to work and only wanted to wait on certain females that the world might view as beautiful. I'm not mad if you want to weigh on people that only look good in your eyes. However, when you at work everyone should look good in your eyes so you can deliver customer service and keep telling people it is the most single important thing to any business. I like to feel welcome no matter what business I walk into, especially when I'm spending the money I made. They do have great deals. I do recommend if you're visiting this part of town.

The workers very clearly hate white or Hispanic people. We walked in, didn’t get greeted, and didn’t ask if we needed help. Every single black person that walked in got approached and assisted. Hate towards anyone isn’t okay & is exactly what’s wrong with America. Will not be spending our money here.

The plus size lady customer service skills are warm, comforting and knowledgeable. Because of her, Perfumania will be the only place I will gift shop perfumes for the love of my life and colognes for my self. The sweet woman that helped me took her time to figure out what smell I liked, I had to of smelled 20 different perfumes, I ended up loving Mercedes-Benz woman in red. Thank you for your wonderful customer service
