I purchased a chain for $300 and it broke within a week! I went to ask for an exchange or repair and they said I’d need to drop it off for the day which is inconvenient for me as I live an hour away. Just all around I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here. He kept insisting that I should’ve bought the $3000 chain instead and it wouldn’t have broken -LMFAO imagine that! Go to a real jeweler!!!!!

This place is the absolute best!!! The manager is super sweet and they go the extra mile for you. I have been coming here for 3 years now and everytime they never fail to give quality customer service and their jewelry is great quality as well!

Saturday JULY 13th 2024 1pm citrus park mall world of jewels across from Aeropostale , Malik EXTREMELY disrespectful infront of customers telling me he’ll “deal with me later” calling me stupid and refusing to help me. He put his hand in my face called me a liar and has terrible attitude when I was polite. Even in front of a potential customer. He dismissed my issue and began to argue with me. He was yelling at me and my wife and utterly called her out of her name. I will not stand for this , been shopping here for over 3 years never had any issues but after today I will not shop here! I suggest no one shops with this man. Terrible experience this man needs to be fired. I’m not the first to have a terrible experience with him either. World of jewelers in front of aeropostal.

These frauds took advantage of my 16 year old son by selling him a over priced fashion jewelry chain and charm. Do not go here !! and make sure to tell your teenagers to not buy from them they will take full advantage of them and there money and you not being there. Cause if i was boy!!!!!!!’

I bought a Cuban chain and bracelet for my one year old daughter and they told me it was strong for my daughter. My daughter chewed the chain the same day, and I went back next day to see if they could do something and they didn't. I lost $300 dollars because the only solution they gave me was to resale it to them and pay extra for another one. I was a new customer, and was planning to buy something for myself. With the service they gave me they will never see me again.

I have never been so upset with the company!!! I literally could sue them but it’s not worth the few hundred I spent on their product. As a mom with multiple children I literally cannot afford it but damn I wish someone would and could! The least I can do is let the public that bothers to look up Google reviews know this place is fraud it is literal fraud people! I hope they see these reviews they deserve the bad mark on their main
