I brought my clients watch here because the back fell off. The jeweler returned the watch to me with numbers missing from the face of it and when I showed it to him, tried to say I brought it in that way, even though that was not notated on the intake, nor was there anything wrong with the face of the watch when I brought it to him. He told me he took the glass off the face and cleaned it, and surprise surprise now the numbers are missing. Also, before I could even show the girl at the front what was wrong she said instinctively “you brought it in that way” BEFORE I even told her the problem! SUSPECT. He refunded my money after arguing with me, but refused to do anything to fix it. The watch has sentimental value to my client. If you have something precious, I would think twice about bringing it here. My normal jeweler was on vacation and I regret giving them a chance.

I needed a jeweler that would rhodium plate my wedding ring where I could get it back quickly. Most jewelers send it off and it takes a week or so to get back. This jeweler was recommended and I’m so thankful they were. They were able to rhodium plate my ring and have it back to me within 2 hours!! Excellent customer service too! I will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

I inherited my mom's diamond wedding set which was old-fashioned and gaudy. Debbie R. (aka Debbie Diamond) and Tom helped me redesign and came up with an elegant and modern ring and a pair of earrings. My husband and I are thrilled with Tom's craftmanship. Now I get to wear the diamonds and remember my mom instead of having it sit in a jewelry box.

My daughter needed a bracelet fixed, it is very sentimental as it belonged her great grandma and her grandma and now passed to her. They took very good care of us and had the bracelet fixed mucher soon than expected.

Wow, this has to be one of the best jewelry stores in the area. I so appreciate the honesty and quick repair service. If you don’t see what you are looking for let them custom design it ! I have never been happier with this jewelry store I will be back.
