I brought in a tennis necklace for inspection, and he not only took a close look at it but also offered a complimentary cleaning! I have been here several times over the past 3-4 yrs. Mostly for batteries for my watches. They have always given me great customer service and reasonable prices. Shaq is great with customer service & is very honest. I have never had any issues or bad experiences. I would highly recommend them.

Ok let me say I had many reservations about small jewelry stores! However I am hooked on this one! Rashid was the most courteous, polite and informative person with no problems and demands. After 8 stores we finally found the perfect 1.64 carat ring and they even changed out the band for yellow gold rather than white in less than 48 hours. The pricing was nearly 35% cheaper than a much larger store … Helzberg and we got a gorgeous ring! This store is amazing! It’s now our go to store ! Thanks Rashid

Update !! needed to size the ring by a quarter size they took the ring back in , sized it beautifully for free and less than 24 hours. Absolutely stunning. I love this store.

Rashid tended to us as we looked to upgrade my wife's ruby birthstone ring for our oldest son. He was patient and accommodating and quick to let her try on whatever caught her eye. Needless to say we're very satisfied with our upgrade and excited to show it off.
