I went to Dr. Trussler in May feeling extremely unhappy, self conscious, and in pain from my large breasts. I did not know exactly what needed to be done and thought maybe a lift is what I needed. At my consultation Dr. Trussler was very honest and told me I would not be happy with the results of a lift and I needed a reduction. I had tried to get insurance to cover a reduction the summer before with a different surgeon and was denied. Dr. Trussler re assured me that he thought I was a great candidate and Mandy, who handles the insurance cases, submitted my case. Dealing with my insurance company was not easy, Mandy was very communicative with me throughout the entire process and kept me in the loop the entire time. After my insurance denied me, Dr. Trussler appealed it and had a call with my insurance company and got me approved! We scheduled my surgery for the next week. My results are AMAZING. I didn’t specify what exact size I wanted and I trusted Dr. Trussler to make them the right size for my body which he definitely did. I seriously could not be happier with how they look. Everyone at his office has been so kind at all my post op appointments. I would recommend Dr. Trussler to anyone in need of plastic surgery in the Austin area!

Dr Trussler Is the best and he has an amazing team of talented and kind people that support you all the way in your procedure. His bedside manners are kind, direct and to the point. He's talented of course! There is great communication throughout the process, before and after the surgery. I am very happy with the results and the process. I recently opted for fillers on a few pesky facial wrinkles. I was referred to Dr. Trussler's office and given the name of Emily, a practitioner with the clinic. The entire process has been amazingly positive. The entire staff was helpful and welcoming. Being somewhat of a neophyte to any facial treatments, the atmosphere and open conversations allayed any concerns. Emily took all the time necessary to understand what I was focused on, what I did or did not consider as options. The finished "product" is just what I hoped for. It’s almost a year since surgery and I’m in love. Dr Trussler listened to my wishes I wanted natural nothing too crazy and to even out my cup size differences. I went from a AA to a D cup. The healing process was easy for me the procedure it self was very smooth. I highly recommended Dr Trussler and his staff for their professionalism, understanding, and communication. The two images are 12hrs apart from before to after surgery I will update after a year with a new image!

Dr. Trussler was the ONLY plastic surgeon who would entertain surgery for me at a very large size. He showed his heart for someone like me who was made to feel shunned and not worth consideration.
