We enjoy shopping at this Neiman’s for men’s clothes and shoes. My husband loves Dolce and Gabbana and Versace brands and we are always treated with respect and kindness. The attendants are very helpful to store your clothes in a dressing room for you to try on and helpful to grab different sizes or recommend clothes similar to what you’ve picked out on your own. They even ship items to your home if they have available stock at another location that’s your size. We would highly recommend this store for clothes and colognes.

Had a delicious ladies lunch with dear friends for Christmas. Beautiful, festive decor all around the area, making it easy to get into the spirit. Give yourself plenty of time as the atmosphere/service in the cafe is very 'non-rushed'. There also happened to be a baby shower happening the day we went, so it was a bit loud. All in all, it was a good and fun experience.

One of the greatest shopping experiences ever Mayson the sales lady in cosmetics went out of her way to make my experience shopping at her department fulfilling. In every way she showed me all the products ! I’ve traveled around the world and I can honestly say this is one of the most fulfilling transactions I’ve ever encounter! Ask for Mayson she’s magnificent. You will not be disappointed.

This is a revision of a previous review that was put on there prematurely, as I was a newbie shopping in the store and shopping for designer clothes, I would have expected a personal shopper that was assigned to me the moment I walked in the door to have helped me look over the quality of what I was getting prior to purchase. When I buy jeans from a big box store I don't have to look at them to make sure threads are falling out but apparently when you buy Armani you better look over them to make sure the belt loops are all sewed in. When you buy Armani velvet you better make sure there's no chunks of velvet missing. I of course didn't notice these things until I go to wear them for the first time or pack them up for a business trip and look and they're all crap.

Fast forward about 2 months here and all of the expensive clothes that I'm buying from these people are unraveling I'm getting home and noticing defects and clothes that my personal shopper and concierge obviously wasn't helping me determine existed before I made the purchase. I would expect that if I was buying a jacket and having it fitted and it was defective that I would have some help from a personal shopper to help me look it over to make sure that it's perfect.

I have threads that are falling out of many different shirts, I've had about five or six different orders that I've placed online and they've just canceled them for no reason and then sometimes when I replace the order it goes through and I get the item, this entire organization does not have their act together.

I have a few more interactions with this store and after that I'm done with them.

I ordered a beautiful pair of shoes for an event coming up and they sent me sandals, I ordered a shirt, hat, jacket, and the jacket was the only item that came and it was velvet and there's a chunk of velvet missing from the back of it as you can see by the picture here. They canceled the shirt and the hat, however the hat still shows for sale right now on their website.

Attached is also a picture of a pair of Dockers I bought 10 years ago that are in perfect shape, not these Armani suits that fall apart after one use.

I thought I was leveling up my wardrobe, all I got was a bunch of brand name stuff that's falling apart. Surely they're happy to fix it but should I be having to drive over to their store weekly to say hey your clothes are falling apart? It's not like I'm playing basketball on these things I wear them to church...

Save your money, shop big box

I'm sure this review will be met with a new response that says something along the lines of this is not what we expect to treat our customers We plan on reaching out to you or please call this phone number right now so that we can set this right, a canned corporate response from someone who acts like they care but actually don't

Anytime you place an online order you get a personal email from someone with a name telling you they're your personal concierge and will carry this across the finish line, every time that I've had an issue with the order and I have replied to that email identifying issues with those orders, 100% of the time my emails have been ignored and my " personal concierge" has never responded. They'll just be on damage control on this review.

Nice place to get high-end from big brands/house. Nice boutique fragrance from all the top brands. Great selection for men as well. If I go back to Fort Worth, this will be a place I will shop again.

We had interaction with five different associates whilst looking at perfume and some makeup items in the ysl section. Three of the associates were absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. My mother collects perfume and was trying to find something new to get herself for christmas. The main woman helping us was very helpful and patient. She was also extremely talented at helping multiple guests at the same time. There was a gentleman in the makeup section right next to the perfume that was also very kind and helpful.

There were two ladies working in the YSL area who were chatting. One tapped the other and nodded her head towards me, and my sister then gave dirty looks at us like we were not worth their time. It was extremely off-putting. Had we not already received excellent customer service from other associates, we would have left.

I had Zima as my client advisor. She helped me with a bag and clutch, she is very professional, kind to her customers, she is also very helpful. Would 100% recommend having her as a client advisor if you want someone that is sweet and helps with your purchases.

I went to this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was going to get some wool under clothes until I seen the pricing on everything. I figured I would look around at different things to see how they compare to other places. I seen the same exact shirt that I bought from men's wearhouse a few months ago for $50. Neiman Marcus was selling it for $200 plus dollars. Same material same style everything to the "T". Knowing that they are price gouging, even if I was filthy Rich, I would not go to this place and give them my money! It is ridiculousness
