I wandered in to this is spectacular boutique after leaving a legal conference at the Hyatt Regency. I only walked in because it smelled so amazing and it looked so crisp yet inviting from the outside.

I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door by a smashingly gorgeous man by the name of Phillip as I walked in the door. Not just say hi, but hi, hello and walking towards the front door to greet me personally. This is a lost art. He asked me what specifically I was looking for, and I told him I was merely looking. He took the time to explain the caliber and the style of their products, and I wanted more. Another lovely man working there, Ronnie, only added to the "me being spoiled" experience!

Two of my closest friends are men and they have an extraordinary of luxury, but affordable grooming products for men. I bought two package sets and this boutique actually offers personal monogramming on certain purchases, which you know I took advantage of.

Of course all of this occurred while they served me to 2 wonderful glasses of chilled, exquisite champagne.

And don't get me started on the scents! Bottom line, in 2 hours or less, I became a life-long customer. Well-done, gentleman. And spectacularly done, Acqua di Parma.

If you are just exploring, he will knowingly guide you. Go to this store, see Ronnie, you will be glad you did. His customer service is #1.

WOOOW!

I would put 5 Estrellas And Million Pluses here For grooming, their perfumes, barber shop or best smelling cream. {Better than the Milan One?!! Oh YEAH!)
Amazing Enchating Philip (happened to be on the photo I took) is THE GUY to see about ALL the needs and wants and shoulds and oughts. For the rest///their Barber Mikolas(?) (if I got the name correct, sorry Guys).

Love their products. Wasn't great customer service. Ronnie was rude over the phone when I asked about exchanges. Exchange policy is very strict, even around Christmas time.
