This was an absolute dream to go shopping here. The atmosphere was so on point and so special. I felt like I was really being taken care of with such care and attention that was just beyond everything. I was able to shop with somebody who was so knowledgeable and so wonderful and who let me smell and test everything my little heart desired. This was such a magical shopping experience. Number nine is one of my favorite fragrances and I was so excited to visit the store. Not only is it beautiful outside, but it’s absolutely mesmerizing inside. This was a pure joy to visit and shop here.

Service staff is amazing! I initially wasn’t going to go in . I was taking photos outside. Someone stepped out (sorry forgot the name) and asked if I wanted to stop in. I went in to buy nothing and bought 3 bottles! I will smell good for months!

What can I say? I finally made it here after buying Bond no 9 for 2 years. I have purchased over 20 bottles (all 100mL). This store did not disappoint me at all. The design of the flowers chandeliers was awesome. The overall cleanliness of the store was also very inviting. My sales person Aziza, who is also the manager, was very helpful in me choosing 3 more bottles to add to my collection. She even offered to ship them to me as I was visiting from LA. If you haven’t tried this fragrance house, shame on you. With over 120 different scents to choose from, they will have more than what you want. Definitely would recommend anyone in the NYC area to stop by and pay them a visit.

Stefan was amazing. Treated us like gold. Explained the products and history of the company which we found to be fascinating. My friend’s daughter is now a fan of this company. A great stop while in NYC!

Jared was a real sweetheart he knows his Bond perfumes. Very helpful and pleasant. The way the store is decorated is very classy , elegant and beautiful. I got 3 perfumes and 1 lotion for my daughter and myself. I will go back again

So, this was an interesting experience! It was my FIRST purchase outside of Saks, and we have been patrons since meeting Laurice in 2009 here in Cincinnati or Indianapolis.

Ben L. (and Madison C.) went ABOVE and beyond for me. I ordered this OVER THE PHONE and had to forgo my Plat Amex 5% rebate,Laurice's signature on this bottle, 3 free pocket sprays and free shipping.

It began innocently enough when I wanted a 50 ml bottle whilst waiting for Saks to restock, but Ben advised that it could possibly be awhile- my Saks in Indy told me that Laurice was going to hold The Scent of Peace at her boutiques until sourcing issues could be resolved. I called to confirm and was so impressed with his honesty, I bought a 100 ml- less all the discounts. What I didn't get in pocket sprays, I got in samples- so I'm happy either way. He answered ALL my questions without losing his kind demeanor.

I called to see if the aforesaid goodies were solely online and had a less pleasant encounter. I unfortunately I let anger get me out of character and I made a snazzy remark on social media. I had to give them grace- we all have bad days!

When Ben returned my call as soon as he came in- he was less than thrilled. He basically felt I was being ungrateful and felt I'D INSULTED his sales rep-didn't mind that it was the opposite situation. I felt giving him access to my card OVER THE PHONE and my demeanor shows that I LOVE THIS BRAND THAT MUCH. He apologized, but I definitely get why he felt the way he did- I wish all managers backed their reps this way, ok?

I can't speak to the other negative reviews, but as I refill my 2rd pocket spray (I gave one to a patient that commented that they loved it), I look forward to shopping here in the future.
