I was amazed at the professional and special service we received from Boodles and, in particular, Emma Barton in the London, Bond Street store. Emma worked with me to create a special gift for our 35th wedding anniversary. She had made two piece diamond earrings with a top diamond of .35 carat and bottom diamonds of .44 and .45 carrots. .35 for 35 years of marriage and .45+.44 for 89...we were married in 1989. Also, the diamonds could be together or you can just wear the top ones as studs; knowing my wife liked stud earrings. All of this was done from a distance as we travel a lot and are based in Canada.

We were then travelling to the UK from Canada in February and Emma arranged a lovely afternoon tea to surprise my wife on the day which also happened to be her birthday and just before our anniversary. The whole experience which lasted over 6 months from ideas to sourcing diamonds to having earrings made to the surprise presentation was wonderful and made us both feel very special. We cannot thank Emma enough for all she did for our modest purchase. We will be back and would highly recommend Boodles and Emma to anyone looking for something truly special.

Exemplary Customer Service

Boodles is the oldest British family owned jewellers in England. Outstanding customer service, the finest design led jewellery and lots of fun is what you can expect when visiting any Boodles showroom. They are simply the best!

Had the most amazing experience buying my dream ring and necklace. Moe was fabulous, he was so helpful, kind. Topped off with a glass of champagne whilst choosing. Will definitely be back!

Some fantastic pieces on display and staff were incredibly hospitable. I was with my 4 year old and he was well entertained whilst my elder daughter searched for an anniversary present for my wife. It was a really positive experience as you would expect from a high-end jeweller.

We went in with our 2 year old in tow...the staff were really welcoming and engaged with the little one. The chap listened to what we were looking for, brought us some options. We didn't see anything that grabbed us so the chap, undettered came back with the perfect piece.

All her mum's jewellery was bought here so it was lovely for us to be able to get something just right, and to feel welcome with a fidgety toddler...which is rare!
