Ms. Sheila and Ms. Silvia in Dior lakeside Mall are amazing sales professionals. I love purchasing perfumes from them. I will highly recommend every one to come to Dillard’s perfume section And ask for me, Sylvia and Michea for professional help they are amazing. They make me feel like they. I am the family member and always welcome.

shopped in mens ware, had very good experience, sales person was very helpful. she answered all my questions and suggested many options for me too choose from. very pleasant and knowledgeable about the clothes I wanted. Dillards is very lucky to have an associate so nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

Easy layout so i was able to find what I needed quickly. Separated into three floors with men’s items on the first floor and kitchen/luggage/furniture on the top floor. Also great customer service. Came in for a weekend bag and some tshirts and didn’t have to dilly dally.

Do you have a Dillard’s decorated Christmas tree? I have to say Dillard’s Department Store is the absolute best when it comes to Christmas decorations. We are regular shoppers when it comes to shopping for beauty, clothes, and home at Dillard’s but we always look forward to their beautiful Christmas displays and decorations. We have ornaments that date back 20 years ago. They have held up and still look beautiful today. The Mr.Bingle decorations this year are just fabulous. Go see Amy in the bridled/Crystal/seasonal area on the third floor. She is best. She will help you and keep you up to date with new things going out. Back to my question, you should have Dillard’s ornaments on your tree.

Dillard's - how am I just learning about you now? Where have you been all my life! Gorgeous store in Lakeside Shopping Centre in New Orleans (Metairie, technically). Amazing products sold by amazing salespeople.

I spent close to an hour just browsing the BRAHMIN Designer Leather Bags ... so many colours and designs to chose from! Oh, did I mention the shoes?!

Luckily we had a rental care and toured several states across the south and had the opportunity to visit Dillard's in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. All nice department stores, but the NOLA store in Metairie remains our favourite. So much to see, so little time!
