Horrifying! I had an issue (not ER urgent) and the call center (the lady was super nice) set up an appointment for me in about 35 min. I got the confirmation text as I was driving to the practice (20 min away) and arrived at 10:18 am according to my cars navigation system. I hadn't filled out the paperwork as this was a last minute urgent appointment, and was on the books. When I got inside, the woman at the front desk, Missy was her name I believe, started from the get-go irritated and frustrated, the second I opened my mouth. She said that she canceled the appointment because I was not 15 minutes early... for an appointment made +/-35 min ago. I got the confirmation text with the check-in stuff at 9:53 am, timestamped, which would leave me a meager 12 minutes to drive across town, fill out all the paperwork, and check-in; even though this whole appointment was set up 35 minutes prior. How does that make sense and seem logical... it doesn't. She couldn't have been ruder and was absolutely not willing to accommodate the situation in any way. I begged her that I need to be seen and I had an appointment, not loosing my cool or demanding, but she was hard headed and couldn't have cared less. Fast forward to having a family doctor call the practice, advocating for me, she proceeded to hang up the phone (which is recorded) and also canceled my later 3:40 PM appointment I was pushed into. Now, the lack of compassion and understanding from a front desk clerk, taking the medical situation into her own hands and denying service is bad... and extremely unprofessional and dangerous. If this were a life threatening emergency, this would've gone very different. But after pleading and asking if there's anything we can do, she has the audacity to say "I arrived at 10:22 AM for my appointment, which is late, and that's why I canceled it." As stated above, that's not the case. I had one word to describe this whole encounter, and while it's not professional to discuss that in a review, it summed up the situation at that point. A person who is so unwilling to help others in their time of need, in their time of pain, and in their time of agony, that word portrays without shame. Health is not something to poke at and refuse service for "arriving two minutes late" to an appointment made 35 minutes prior as an urgent matter. Common sense tells you that this is probably important and paperwork wasn't at the front of my mind. Getting to the facility to be looked at was on my mind. Absolutely heartless. I hope to god this was an isolated incident.

Overall, a wonderful and very professional experience… Kevin has been very knowledgeable and methodical in his diagnostic and treatment approach. His communication skills are always very thorough - outlining the various upcoming diagnostic tests and providing a careful explanation of the treatment plans.. he does all of this with professionalism, compassion and humor. In addition, the check in and scheduling process is simple and the patient review on the portal and payment schedule is great!!!

Wow… I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I was seen on time, everyone was pleasant. Additionally, I saw Kevin, one of the PA’s here. He was incredible. It’s so hard to find medical professionals who actually listen to what you’re saying opposed to checking boxes and sending you on your way.

I drove 50 minutes to see him and instead of making a follow up appointment closer to me, I chose to come back and see him. Great medical care is well with it. I highly recommend this location and specifically, Kevin. Thank you so much for sound advice and thorough explanations.

Rarely do you find a medical professional who gives you knowledgeable information in a kind, non-rushed manner! Kevin takes the time to explain, in detail, his thoughts for my care, and makes me feel like my health is important to him. He’s good at his profession! ?

I had a perfect experience, both at the Broomfield office of gastronomy of the Rockies and Endoscopy Center.

The Broomfield staff were welcoming and helpful. I met with Morgan Reilly who answered all my questions fully one of which may turn out to be life saving. That was to not be concerned about taking Omeprazole. I restarted it and my symptoms have decreased daily. The doctor that performed the Endoscopy echoed this also.

My experience at the Endoscopy center was equally perfect. Everyone was patient and professional.

My experience was good and professional. However I had had acute diarrhea and dropped 5 pounds to 99 pounds. I'm 5'4" and could not afford weight loss. The issue is that I am doing more tests but do not have the means to stop this diarrhea. I also cannot drink enough water to keep up and dehydration is a serious issue as I only have one kidney
