H-E-B is hands down the best grocery store ever—period. I don’t care what anyone says, everything really is better here. The selection? Amazing. Fresh produce, great prices, and their store-brand stuff? Better than name brands most of the time.

And let’s talk about the vibe—clean aisles, super helpful employees, and that feeling like they just get what Texans need. Don’t even get me started on their bakery or fresh tortillas. I could eat those every day.

H-E-B just feels like home. It’s my go-to, and honestly, nothing else compares. I suffer every time I have to work in other states because no other store can be compared with my H-E-B

I usually have great experiences with HEB delivery, but not yesterday. Yesterday I was missing items I was charged for and over-charged for peaches that were supposed to be on sale, not to mention small over-charges on individual items. I called about my missing items and the over charges on the peaches. I got a refund on the overage, and got my missing items redelivered. Nice right? Sure, up until I checked my bank account and noticed a single charge of $5.24 from HEB. It was one of the items I called about missing. So...I got double charged for an item I had already paid for?. I usually get great service with HEB delivery, but boy was I disappointed with yesterday's service. I use delivery because I can't drive. But now I feel taken advantage of. Who else have they done this to? Do they have someone new who is untrustworthy working there now? Seems like I'm going to have to reevaluate how I use delivery service in the future. I feel silly paying 10% tip to the driver (Favor) if I'm not getting great service from HEB themselves. Photos are proof of over charging. Receipt vs actual price on item. They went from a 5 star rating to a 1 star in one shot. Very disappointed.

Thank you HEB for doing what you do. You truly think about your consumer and area. Thank you for always supporting local vendors and trying new things. Got the Micro greens. The Hydroponic strawberries are sweeter than the Driscollis . Been buying them for a while. Not Hollow. The crab is great. Alaskan catch. Thank you for providing contraception. It was great to see how well the feminine isle is well taken care of.

Love my H E B! I know the store well and usually bring my son Tyler (he has Down syndrome)
Ty greets EVERYONE and many will get hugged! Always well received and many managers and employees recognize him and remember his name!

The parking lot is an absolute disaster. The store is very nice. Once you are finally parked so far out that you've reached the magnetic north pole, you will trudge down 4185.39 miles back down to their doors, go inside and see how this store is pretty great, serves a lot of samples, and usually has fast moving lines.

I dropped by for lunch and purchased a 4 piece leg quarters for only $5 and change! Initially, I was bummed because they were skinny small pieces, but thankfully, they weren't the large uncooked pieces from the frozen meat section, or I would've been in trouble! They offer more than just chicken with corn tortillas, sauteed onions, and jalapenos. Some hot sauce crossed my mind, but I was rushing. But once I was putting the tacos together, there was no sauce needed it tasted good as is. I had to push the last leg quarter down. I wish I lived in the area I'd drop by often. But when I'm working in the area again, I'll definitely be by over any place around.

I went into the HEB Plus on Potrnco this morning for a few items on Thanksgiving morning. I was anticipating a crowded store, limited selection, long check out lines, and angry employees. Exact opposite! The store was packed with people, but the shelves were fully stocked, I got exactly what I needed, and EVERY register was open with happy employees to ring you up, bag my groceries and send me on my way in a remarkably short time. OUTSTANDING HEB!!! Job well done!

I avoid this location. The three times I've been forced to go to this location, the experience is always poor, both in the store and for pickup. Why schedule a time for pickup if the store has no limit on those times and customers now have to wait in a 30-40 car line to get a pick spot?
This is not rocket surgery, this is picking up groceries and the same computer program that all the other HEB have mastered died the work for you.
I despise this location.
