I looked at many different gold shops in Florence and I came across JS Gold Silver. They had the best prices and a very good, curated selection of jewelry!
I have been looking for gold bracelets to layer with my diamond tennis bracelet and this store had a lot of options to choose from.
The women who ran the shop were so nice and patient while I tried on several pieces. They were also able to customize the length the bracelets and have it ready within 30 minutes.
I highly recommend this shop and I will return when I go back to Florence!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I bought a gold chain for my son for his birthday and was so excited to give it to him when we came back to the states. I gave the chain to him and he was super happy. After wearing it the first day, the chain broke. I honestly figured it was his fault but when I took it to not one but two different jewelry stores here in the states, they both said it was extremely poor quality and neither could fix it. The last jewelry store I took it to said not only was the chain hallow and poor quality but the chain was not 18k gold. The only thing on the chain that is 18k was the clasp. The rest of the chain is 14k gold. Realize if you buy from them you are not getting what they tell you. They are liars and I hope this business closes down. Good luck knowing what you are actually getting.

Let me start by saying, I got a beautiful piece of jewlery from some very nice ladies at the shop. The 2 stars comes from them refusing to fix a mess up on their end. The assured me that they could use my passport card for my tax refund at the airport. This was untrue. The lady working the counter at the airport was kind enough to call and get in contact with them to fix it. She went through all the trouble of repeating information to them to have them email me the corrected form and let them know I was waiting at the airport for it. 3 days later and still no email. Really soured the experience with their ignorance and refusal to fix their error.

The best place to buy 18kt gold, with good prices and very nice customer service. This shop is more than 40 years old no doubt they are doing a great job.. thanks to Ofelia and to those nice girls who helped me find the best chain and bracelet that I wanted. I will be back for sure!

the best option if you wanna buy 18k gold jewelry in Florence! Fair prices and definitely worth your money . the shops in ponte Vecchio are way more expensive..its a nice place to stroll around, but of youre not a millionarie but want some 18k jewelry, go to JS gold Silver jewelries! The beautiful ladies and the owner will welcome you warmly! I enjoyed spending my euros there!

I bought two rings here. They were very helpful with the entire process, resized my rings and made sure they fit perfectly. They also gave recommendations on what rings would look the best for me. They have great prices, a goldsmith in house, and were extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for jewelry in the area. They also gave me the guarantees for the silver and gem stones on my rings.
