Monique and Noah provided such a wonderful and effortless experience for us! We came in to inquire about a repair on my engagement ring, unsoldering my original wedding band, and looking into a new wedding band. Noah was so helpful and handled communicating our repair needs to the jeweler so well! Monique jumped in to help us look through some new wedding band options and helped us find the perfect one! Both Monique and Noah tag teamed to help us navigate this experience and were wonderful. To top off this already awesome service, the repair and new wedding band were ready for pickup the very same day and look amazing! We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs!

I had a phenomenal experience in store yesterday with Brittany, Brianna and Kathryn! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Since Kiefer Jewelers carries John Hardy, I added a bracelet with hematite, sodalite and silver. It just so happens to go really well with the Citizen Dive Watch I bought from them a year ago! Unintended consequence. Loving it!

Everyone was very helpful and polite. I was able to send my watch off for repair through them and they were nice enough to give me a rough appraisal off a ring I was gifted. Had a wonderful experience with Lauren and Daniel while finding their perfect diamond for my wife. Their expertise and knowledge of gemstones is very impressive! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door! After deciding on the diamond would look the best, we explained we were leaving town in just a few days and asked if the ring would be ready before we left. They managed to have the stone set and mounted within a few hours!! My wife said that day she does not want to deal with any other jewelers in the Tampa area after such a great experience!

My wife and I stopped by to look at watches while we were in town for a couple weeks. Monique greeted us immediately and was an amazing help during our entire visit. She even let my wife try on her personal watch! While looking through some jewelry, my wife saw a diamond ring that she really liked. Brianna was extremely welcoming from the time I walked into the store until leaving. She’s very knowledgeable about the Rolex brand and was kind of enough to allow me to try on some of the latest exhibition pieces. She even noticed my PAM1084 while she herself was sporting a nice submariner, so she’s clearly someone who knows quality timepieces. Brianna’s energy was addicting and she exhibited great professionalism.

My wife and I have heard Kiefer Jeweler's commercials on the Joy FM radio station and I decided to stop by today to look at their watch selection. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by Daniel who led me around their store. I was impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm with Rolex and Citizen watches. He showed me several watches from the two brands I was interested in and answered so many of my questions. I went in thinking I really wanted a particular popular model but after seeing other models and discussing the stats on each one,
I changed my mind to one I really love. Its refreshing to meet a sales professional that has true enthusiasm on the items they are offering. Daniel also discussed that Kiefer Jewelers is a family business with another location in Dade City. After going over the watches I was interested in, we discussed the watch I was currently wearing and how it is sentimental to me and that it needed some repair work. Daniel immediately told me he could have their repair specialist take a look at it. I ended up leaving it in their expert hands to do a repair and overhaul on it. This was awesome because I didnt realize they did watch repair. Thank you again, Daniel, for helping me today and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
