I'm happy with the clinical services I received from Rocky Mountain Gastro. They seemed to know what they were doing and did a good job explaining to me. However, their billing is horrible.

I had services in November 2023 and I just now received two statements in the mail in March 2024. These are the first statements I've received from them. One said 30 days past due and one said 60. There were two links/URLs on the statements where you are supposed to be able to pay online but neither would load. I called the number on the statements and they advised that their online systems have been down for months. They also advised that my balance had been turned over to collections and gave me their number. I'm very unhappy that there were no email or phone attempts to reach me and the first/only statements I received were after my account had been turned over to collections. I called collections and they were happy to take my payment but I would have paid promptly if they had gotten me a statement on time in the first place. Hopefully their incompetence won't affect my credit scores.
