Don’t waste your time here. Very limited selection of colognes, and to top it all off, several of the bottles were empty or missing their diffusers.

I recently visited the Sephora location and observed that the staff appeared to be somewhat disengaged and lacked familiarity with the product offerings. Additionally, there seemed to be limited focus on customer interaction. This experience was disappointing, and I hope future visits will reflect a higher standard of service.

When I came into this sephora, I wanted to walk around while being on a zoom call for a meeting. I guess they thought I was suspicious because I felt their eyes BEADING ON ME. The manager, I’m assuming, was an older woman with red lipstick came up to me with a rude demeanor already and asked if I needed help finding something. Mind you, I have my noise canceling headphones on, I’m sure I looked a little weird, but again I was on a zoom call. The energy I got from her and the others was uncomfortable. This sephora has to be worse than the one in La Cantera.

Very Rude customer service. I was waiting to get a Perfume. None of the cashier help. 2 of them talking about a surgery. I was waiting to pay a foundation and tell her if she could get me a perfume. She told me where is it? I told her none help. She then exclaimed which one I told her the brand and name. I told her you can grab it your self to scan it. She got offended because she could do her job. She scan my foundation and then walked away from the cashier. She told me get your negativity. I’m sorry I don’t have negativity all I wanted was to buy a perfume. At the end I walked away. I can believe people now days can do their job the right way. The cashier working on June 15 2024 from 7:15- 7:20 got rude and refused to sell me a perfume. I don’t loose I can go buy at other business. Don’t hire people that don’t have customer service and don’t like to help people.

Started using the brand "The Ordinary" about a month ago. Absolutely love it. I use a dry face cleanser that you rinse with warm water ( glycolipid cream cleanser) and the glycolic acid exfoliating toner .i love it for my skin type:)

Its small and doesn't have as much as a stand alone store, of course, but the employees are so very nice and helpful.
