Kristen provided amazing attention and care on my visit. She took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns, discussed options for what I was trying to achieve and together mapped a path forward. I did wait awhile to get an appointment but it was worth it. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the office. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The assistant who took my vitals and history was nice and listened to me. Kathleen Puening, the Nurse Practioner who I saw, was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, told me what she thought, and explained my options. I never felt like I was being rushed. She was sure to tell me as she left the room to not hesitate to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. I hope future visits go the same way.

The office was very efficient In getting me in sooner rather than later. Kristin Munks was comprehensive, patient with my questions and spent lots of time with me to make sure she covered all the bases as to what my issue might be. Kristin also had a very pleasant demeanor and instilled confidence that we’d solve my problem. I’m happy to enthusiastically endorse the GI clinic for competent and friendly healthcare in the Valley.

This is a wonderful place. I'm a veteran that was sent here for a couple of things that were concerning my doctor. I didn't know what to expect but I can tell you from the front desk to seeing the doctor zi have nothing but praise. Everything has and was explain to me to a point I didn't have any questions. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Greeted warmly. Quickly taken back and Dr Gochanour was very thorough and patient. Rather than going worst case scenario he came up with a plan that we are in hopes will work. I would definitely recommend.
