Dr. Goldenberg is potentially the most attentive, well mannered and knowledgeable physician I have had the pleasure of interacting with. He came highly recommended to me by Dr. Allison Siebecker, a foremost well-known expert on Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth, an evolving GI sub-specialty. Dr. G is always very up-to-date and on-point with his subject matter and its application to the patient. He makes no hesitation in trying to provide suggestions for those with complex issues that may have already failed treatments for their condition. This combined with his exemplary communication skills puts me at ease, a feeling I am not accustomed to in my interactions with the majority of physicians I have made acquaintance. One major convenience he offers is an online “Educational Consult” for those who do not live in Colorado and have a doctor-patient relationship already established with their own local treating physician. I was honestly hesitant at first at interacting with a physician in this manner. However, I instead found it to be immensely helpful as he is able to make a plethora of suggestions to help you fine tune your GI care plan to discuss with your own treating physician to implement, who may not be as well-versed as Dr. G in GI issues from an Integrative/Naturopathic model of medicine, which I have found most beneficial in treating my issues. I am impressed that he always provides a detailed follow-up correspondence immediately following a consult with a summary to supplement your own notes so nothing is missed or miscommunicated during the consult. Scheduling with his office is easy and staff are over-the-top courteous and accommodating. The office appears to run like a well-oiled machine, much unlike the typical medical office I’ve experienced. Thank you Dr. G and staff for your outstanding work! I would highly recommend this physician and clinic.

Wow. This guy is the sibo specialist everyone in the country has been looking for.
There's no need to look further. I found Dr. Goldenberg through Dr. Siedecker's site and decided to do something I am usually averse to--sign up for a consultation. Let me tell you. I was literally blown away. (And I'm not at all easily impressed.) After having had no luck, repeatedly with all the supposed top GI specialists in the country at Cedars-Sinai, taken every kind of test and antibiotic under the sun and spent more money than I care to think about, Dr. Goldenberg took care of me in TWO sessions.
The best thing about it was the Doctor's approach to his patients. He listens. Yep, you read it correctly! A doctor that listens to his patients. But it does not stop there.
He has a classic scientific approach to working the problem presented, using every tool in his arsenal which thoughtfully combines western and herbal medicine. Despite being an expert in naturopathy, Dr. Goldenberg's medical knowledge remains formidable and his diagnostic process rigorous and clinical. THAT'S why he took care of me in two sessions. Not a minute was wasted, nor a cent.
Thanks to the Goldenberg GI center, I can say with certainty that after two YEARS, I've finally left my sibo where it belongs...in the past.
